yea cant seem to find anymore, guess that option is out, looks like a tune, but that is a good thing cuz headers are usually bout a given that your Air/Fuel mix will be off....

and my AF ratio will affect my performance how? Worse MPG? Or what? Will it really make a big difference if I just zip tie my O2s somewhere?

AF being lean will lead to detonation if bad enough and rich will feel sluggish some,

the rear o2s will have no effect on AF, the AF is cotroled by fronts, i have been running mine zip tied up for 35k miles with no problems, but i have a ses light, because of removing emissions systems.....

So I can have my fronts plugged in and I will still get an off AF ratio? What about if I have my cats?

You can leave the front o2 sensors in and unplug the back and your car will still read the a/f, it will just throw an ses light. If you are running longtubes in Cali with cats your still not going to pass smog, thats why I said screw them. Also since it sounds like your on a budget cats would be another $180 give or take that could go towards a tune.

Well I talked to my dad and he said he could weld them in. Should I take him up on that offer or just run without them?

you talking about welding in the rear o2's? Remember you have longtubes so it doesn't really matter if you have cats and rear o2's.

Well my dad said I should run with my cats so I dont get pulled over and fined because I am in CA. He said he'd weld the cats on. Should I do it? Will it make a difference in how my car runs with cats or without? Disregarding the extra air flow from not having a cat.

Yes, run the cats. There is a very minor difference in performance with them, and will keep you "more legal" with the smog police. You will not notice the HP difference if any...
