So i just bought a set of pacesetter long tube headers and an off road Y pipe and i was wondering if bbk intake manifolds are good quality or not here is a link of the one im looking at

Just pick up a used ls6 manifold that flows about the same for less than half the price.
As far as the head/cam kit what are your ultimate goals with the car?

my goals arent nothing to crazy, i wanna have a little over 400hp at the wheels but i was told i need a 4.000 bore in order for that stuff to work im not going with the bbk intake, and i can get all this for 2600
