QTP Headers w/ Pacesetter Y-pipe
I just thought this would be useful information for all of you!
I have QTP headers on my car and I decided to test out Pacesetters Y-pipe rather than spend a rediculous amount for a Flowmaster Y-pipe which is recommended. (Granted the Flowmaster design is better!)
Anyway, the QTP headers are about 3 inches longer than Pacesetter headers due to the merge collector.
So, all you have to do is cut off the expanded end of the left and right side of the Y-pipe. Then re-expand to the desired diameter. It fits pretty well, although I am not a big fan of the flatened drivers-side pipe. It could have been designed a little better, rather then them crushing the pipe to acheive ground clearance.
Anyway, it fits!

I also had a friend who just bought the Flowmaster Y-Pipe that is recommended to go with the QTP longtubes! It was a nightmare! Fitment was horrible. They supply you with clamps, but in reality, if you want it to fit right, you have to weld it together.
