    no idea, i got kooks and didnt get those instructions haha. maybe there telling you to change out your motor mounts while your doing the headers. did you get an ORY or catted? did you get o2 extensions? plugs/wires. you can re-use the stock bolts, the ones kooks sent me didnt fit the thread. also, order a pair of OEM header gaskets if you want, i stayed with the felt gaskets with the metal inbetween and havent had any problems but some will tell you to buy the stock metal ones again.

    yeah i thought they were refering to the motor mounts as well. so you did not change anything? and it says i will have to remove my starter and oil filter. did you have to? i called texas speed where i got them from they said i should just re use my stock metal gaskets. idk if i should. and i got the off road y with no cats. and i did get 02 extentions.

    ya remove ur oil filter i had to remove my dipstick as well

    but no starter. camaros and trans am's should be the same i would think

    My Kooks came with those instructions also. Ignore it, those instructions are the wrong ones. I didn't remove my starter, either.

    ok thanks one more Q i got the race style headers. can i get a plug for my intake manifold where the air system flows into it. heard people using a anti freeze plug to block it.

    not sure on the ls1 intakes....my ls6 intake didnt require any plugging....

    Yes you can, I assume you have an LS1 intake? Most vendors offer an intake blockoff plate for EGR deletion. LS6 intakes don't have this issue.

    yes i do have the ls1 intake. do you know what size i need posabily?
