Im not 100% sure but its something like 20lb ft. Keep in mind the heads are aluminum so you dont want to make them too tight or you'll strip the head.

From my helms (for stock) - "Tighten the exhaust mainfold bolts a first pass to 11 lb ft...beginning with the center two bolts...alternate from side to side and work towards the outside bolts. Tighten...a final pass to 18 lb ft...beginning with the center two bolts..." starting at the center and alternating from side to side just like above. Also says do not apply sealant to the first three threads of the bolt, and just 5mm (0.2in) wide band of threadlock GM PN 12345493) or equivalent.

I torqued mine to 18 lb ft per the Dynotech instructions. Haven't gone back and checked them yet but no leaks so far.

In case you can't get the torque wrench on the bolts (most likely scenario lol), just use a 3/8" drive ratchet or maybe even an 1/8" drive, or a box wrench, and be careful not to make them too tight. 18 ft/lb is not much force and you're going into soft aluminum. No strippy!
