problem after header install
Well I installed my long tube headers today and after getting everything buttoned back up I take it for a little drive and its sputtering and back firing. Check the code and it says multiple cylinder misfire so I figure its the wires cause they were a big pain in the arse to get off so I got a little ruf with them. Change the wires and its still missing, its not as bad but still popping. I was wondering if its the plugs, I had to pull a few of them out to get the headers in so maybe that's it? They were denso's I'm not sure if that's what came stock? Has anybody else had this problem? Is there something I'm missing? I disconnected the back o2 sensors but that shouldn't what's causing it right? Would the front o2 sensor being bad cause this? I don't know what to do, somebody please help!!

Check the wires again. They probably aren't seated all the way.
The coil pack side of the wire should snap onto the coil pack with 2 clicks, in sequence. As you push it on you'll hear the first click. Then push it further on to hear the second click. That means they are fully seated.
In the spark plug side, the wires should go on with one firm click. If you push it on and don't hear/feel the click, pull it off and try again, because chances are its not all the way on.
And to answer your question, the rear O2 sensors will not cause a misfire, or any other engine related issues. They are there to tell the ECU that the cat is working correctly, nothing more.

did you take the coil packs off and maybe put them back on wrong although I don't think it'll even run if you do that? Also, if you left the plugs in you may have cracked the ceramic on them if you banged them with the headers very much. Just a couple of things to check. Check all the wiring around the headers and make sure you didn't burn one on the headers.
