Power Steering Reservoir location
Hi All
I really need to relocate my P/S reservoir away from the front of the engine as I need to make room for an air box, I have a spot in mind but it will mean that the Pump Supply Hose feed to the pump will need to be extended.
I was just wondering if there is a particular reason the reservoirs are so close to the pump on the LSX series?
Hope someone can answer this for me, ThanksLast edited by mysticpete; 06-23-2016 at 04:00 AM.

Other than it is a convenient and pretty customary mounting location, not a clue why it sets there. You should be able to stick it about anywhere so long as your hose runs aren't too crazy and the bends are shallow. Make sure that you utilize a hose that is compatible with P/S fluid.

Here's the final location, just need too source a spacer tube for the second mounting point, also managed to get enough bend radius not to have to use preformed 90dg bends
