    Angry Power Steering problem.

I just replaced my power steering pump on my 00 SS, bled it, drove it for fifty miles or so and it started growling. Naturally i took it back home, re bled it and let it sit overnight. Drove it this morning, all was great for about another fifty and it started a faint whine not as bad as yesterday. Anyone know of any LS1 related problems with pumps getting air from somewhere? Called my so called LS1 specialist dealer and they just wanted to sell me a new pump.

Double check your lines to ensure they are tight and not leaking or sucking air in. The pump you just instailed should have a warranty of some sort, take it back and grab a new one, could be a faulty pump.
