how do you remove just the power steering reservoir from the pump on a 1999 z28 without taking it completely off the engine?

Bat mobile black- 2000 Trans am WS6 M6
you have to pull it off with the pump and its held on by two clamps... Do yourself a favor before you get into it and buy yourself a 13mm ratchet wrench. It will save you a TON of time. You cant reach the bolts with a socket only with a wrench unless you do like in that tutorial and take the pully off first.. Also put a towel down over your alternator so you wont get any fluids on it, if you do you will ruin it.

Pretty much you have to remove it like the other mentioned. How old is the pump? It might be better to replace it with a new one if it has alot of miles and save you some time in the future.
