blue- 1998 Trans Am ls1
plug insulator contacting the header
installing ps lt headers, drivers side, 2nd plug insulator is now touching/resting on the header, anybody else have this problem? If so, how did you rectify it?

0rion told me about the perfect fix -- bend the sh*t out of the boot. I have MSD wires and had to bend 3 or 4 of them to gain the clearance I needed.

I installed the MSD's when I did the LT's -- not sure about the stock boots but the above sounds correct. I also picked up a set of DEI sleeves as an extra measure of protection.
