as long as your stock gaskets arent messed up you should be able to use them. You may want to hold the stock ones up next to the header opening to see if they will actually fit and wont be in the way at all. But you are supposed to recieve gaskets with them I would think

I don't know if Pacesetter has changed in the past year or two, but they used to send paper gaskets that were junk. You would be better off using the stockers even if Pacesetter had sent you gaskets.

Just like Y2k said, they use to come with gaskets, bolts, and some wire to extend your sensors.
I Didnt use any of it thou, the paper gaskets are garbage, The Gm gaskets are the ones to use, If your old ones are in good shape then re-use other wise pick up some new Gm metal gaskets.

Mine came with an o2 splicing kit, stickers, and crappy paper gaskets. I used new GM OEM gaskets ($10-15ea GMpartsdirect).

Buy new OEM gaskets. You don't want to do it twice to save $20.

Used the stockers with my pacesetters... nothing wrong with them, ad they fit perfectly.
