ORY Bangs against body - too much torque...
Hooker LT's to ORY, Right below driver door, pipe was banging against body during torque.
Had the shop pull it down slightly away from the body, banging stopped.
I then scraped on every speedbump, etc... (stock height).
Had the pipe replaced, bangs again against the body during torque.
Had the pipe compressed slightly, but not bottlenecked, still bangs...
Anyone else had this much of a pain in the ass with their ORY?

I'll try to find a post I just made a day or two ago on how to fix this. I don't want to type it all back out again. The cliff notes version is to change the angle of the pipe going over the axle slightly and that'll give you a little more room. Mufflex also makes a hanger just for this issue. I got mine to stop by adjusting that angle and it hasn't bumped since.
