    Which one is louder?

Which borla exhaust is louder? The one with dual pipes coming out from the muffler to the driver side? or the single pipe? here's a thread from a diff site to help explain my question

I kinda think the one with the single pipe out the driver's side would be louder since there's more pressure? and only one pipe? but the reason it bypasses it on the pass side is because that's kind of a built in cut out thats adjustable.

ya but wouldnt you have 2 different sounds then??? one side sounding open (if the cutout was open) and the other side sounding like it was passed through a muffler?

I'm thinking it's a "dummy" pipe made to look like a real dual/dual setup, or it's made to relieve pressure on WOT.

I actualy had both the borla and the SLP on my car and I liked the SLP much better. It way quiter than the Borla at low RPM but louder than the Borla at higher RPM. Sorry if it is a little off topic. I know your question was just about Borla and go with them if you like the sound better. Just thought you may want to look at somthing that is much less expensive that I at least feel is better but afther market exaust are almost always just a personal prefferance as far as sond form one brand to another. But for the reccord the Borla was deeper but the SLP was louder at hi revs and I think is sounded cooler to. It just plane old screamed. It was also nice to have it not quite as loud at the lower RPM for just driving around. That is why my personal call is the SLP, best of both world. Again sorry if im butting in with something you dont care about. You will definitly be happy with either system.
