The bracket mounts to a bolt hole in the front of the passenger side head. There is a empty bolt hole there and its the perfect place to mount the catch can. The Husky catch can/filter fits into the 1 1/2" hole on the braket. By simply loosening the 2 long allen bolts it will allow the Husky catch can/filter to be removed by lifting it upwards. You wont even have to take the bolts out-just loosen them. Thats the only way I can describe it. I will take pictures for you when I get mine and demonstrate what I mean. If you run a Husky or Cambell Huasfield filter/catch can and want to mount it securely-you will probably want one. I already bought my filter, fittings, braided steel lines, and wanted a cool way that looked good to mount my filter so I came up with this mount.

Kebie- I used his picture of his car and put a yellow arrow pointing to the bolt hole on the front of the head the bracket will bolt too.

Just so you guys know, that's a sanded finish, nothing special - helps keep the cost down.

They are made from 6061 aluminum and can be polished like this with a few minutes using a palm sander and a good buffing wheel...

Its designed for a 1 1/2 diameter. I am sure he can make the hole a little bigger if needed but I am unaware of a larger Husky filter Or Campbell H filter. Could you take a picture of the filter you have? Is yours longer or bigger around? Or both?

I think maybe yours is the same size but it looks smaller in the picture because the bracket is covering part of the clear resevoir.

    Click for full size
Once you pay shipping for the $45 Jegs catch can it will be around $55. The Husky filter is $10 bucks from Home Depot and the Bracket is $50 shipped- So for the same price or maybe $5 more than the Jegs combo you get a cnc 6061 aluminum bracket that looks much better than the Jegs-especially when its polished -like I plan to do with mine. The Jegs bracket looks cheap IMO.

Thanks for posting that though Tuner- I appreciate you trying to help.
