No Cats and Passing Inspection
I'm about to get some long tube headers but want to go cat-less. Is there anyway to pass inspection (not visually of course) without having cats?
EDIT: Do i need to buy a y-pipe as well or will stock work? (I'm guessing not)
EDIT2: GAH! Also, which headers/y-pipes are known for performance?

Get a tuner to delete the codes and it all depends on if they do a visual in your state.
