White with black stripes- 2001 Chevy Camaro SS
ngk?
ok, can anybody help me on these stupid question, what is the difference of the NGK plugs 1. ( NGK Spark Plug: Plug No. TR55 IK) 2. ( NGK Oe Style Laser Iridium) 3.(NGK Spark Plug: Plug No. TR55GP, G power) 4.(NGK Spark Plug: Plug No. TR55, V power.) Their goes the four type of plugs. Now here goes the prices of each one. Based upon advanceauotparts. (1. $6.96 ea.) (2.$14.99) (3. $2.98) (4.$1.88) So I would like to know what are the differences if any at all, or is it just the prices on them? So if anybody give me their 2 cents on the subject.

I know that the iridium plugs require less voltage to make a good spark, and they last for a very long time, longer than platinum plugs. As far as the other three are concerned, I don't know what the differences are.

Check out NGK's website....that should answer all of your questions.

I know the IX plugs are the iridiums...the v-powers are the cheapies. I'm not sure about the others but $15 for a plug is too much...hell the delco iridiums(made by ngk) aren't even that much.

Every one I know uses the copper ones. Under $2.00 each. Part #3984 I believe.
