    Next mod... any suggestions....

Just got the headers in the car and love em... Trying to plan what the next part im gonna buy for the t/a. So far ive got slp lid, slp maf, flowmaster exhaust, pacesetter headers, and pacesetter ory. I was thinking the next thing i was gonna do was change the intake to a fast 90/90 system. Im not real sure because some people say dont spend the money unless your gonna do some major mods to it. Any suggestions.... Let me know....

I agree, stay away from the fast system, if your gonna do the intake just pick up a ls6 intake, the ls6 intake will give you good gains and wont hurt the wallet as much.
As far as your Tb its good to support around 600hp to the wheels. Might wanna consider getting a better flowing catback, the slowmaster has shown some uglyy numbers.

I can't tell from your post or profile, but are you an auto or manual tranny? I would get a stall next if you are an auto.

I wouldn't bother with the fast until you do heads and cam. I would think about some subframe connectors or if your trying to squeeze every last hp out, change your muffler to at least a magnaflow.

you're not going to feel any gains if you change the muffler, you'll just be taking a risk on getting a better / worse sound

i have a flowmaster with ORY and LT's and i personally love the sound

if you like the sound and don't want to screw with the sound... I would recomend a cut-out that will flow better then any muffler on the market :P ... I would personally start thinking heads/cam maybe a clutch along with it... and if you're weary maybe even a rear-end before you blow it at the track after h/c...

I would consider the following: Ditching the SLP Maf put the stocker back in it will support 450rwhp.

    Sub frame connectors

    New free flowing cat back

    Lower gears

or possibly start debating Heads and/or Cam

Since you have a manual, I'd go with a 9 inch if your going to drag it any.

definity an ls6 intake for now. But if your planning to do the cam\heads in the future.. it might be more profitable to start with the fast setup, so u dont buy 2 intakes. Gears are always fun too. I might throw in subframe connectors, lower control arms, and a panhard bar too. More traction is always needed on our cars and those parts aren't that expensive.

Do you think his high mileage ls1 would be ok for a 100 shot system?

I don't know to much on spray. I have never had it on my car yet but have help my friend set his up. The lsx seem to love the juice though. Just a idea for some good HP gains if you dont want to do heads and cam IMO. I guess it depends on how high the miles, how strong the eng is, and how much you want to risk. If you can't take and afford the risk of what could happen, then don't do it yet.

A 100 shot should be okay as long as it is set up correctly and gets a good tune.

well if you're going to be upgrading to a fast man... sometime soon then I would have to recommend a FAST 90/90... thats what I'll be buying in a year or two

as far as rear-end I still haven't decided which way I'm going to go on whether I want Strange or Moser... it changes daily but today I'm thinking Moser 9" :P

I wouldn't bother with a throttle body until you get the fast, then get the 90/90 for the most power. I'm not sure what the best brand is, I'm still trying to figure out the best bang for the buck at the moment myself...
