Need your help/advice...
I'm trying to decide if I should pony up the cash for the ARH LT/catted Y pipe combo, or if I should order QTP headers and a different y pipe and buy the pypes cats and have them welded in. I've heard that the QTP Y pipe has some clearance issues and honestly, if I'm gonna spend that much money, I'd rather have the ARH setup.
However, I've found the QTPs for $680, the Pypes Cats are $71/piece. Is there a Y pipe I can buy that matches up to the QTPs without much effort, that would make it easy to add these cats?
The only reason I'd like to have the cats is to help keep the rasp to a minimum w/ my Borla catback. If not for that, I'd get an ORY. I found the ARH setup--LTs and catted Y, all stainless-- for $1249 and free shipping. If I can't keep the QTP setup under that price, then I'll just buy the ARH kit. Any advice? Anyone mate up a non-QTP y pipe to QTPs?
