    Don't think so, they are some other material. Good luck, but I would guess you will break the bolts. I just did mine (2001) model and they were rusted so badly the bolts did not even stick out straight enough to get a socket over...

    Yeah, they have some deals on pacesetters on ebay. Worst comes to worse if I break something off I will have to get them.Not going to get some off brand POS. Not in the DD

    If your talking about the ones for 500, go to lmperformance. more than 100 cheaper.

    Spray the hell out of them with rust penetrant and try and let it soak for a few hours if possible. If you have access to a torch, that could be a big help. When u loosen them push em loose a lil, then tighten it back a lil, then loosen it a lil more and keep workin it. If you just try and slam em on loose with an impact gun you are gonna break things.

    My tranny is gonna be out so the clearance should help. They dont look rusted bad. Probably wont get to do it this weekend now. Gotta work. Car show is in 5 hours too.

    Pb blaster for two days then some wrenching. Ill post up results thanks guys.. and pacesetters if I break em!

    My y-pipe flange bolts were completely rusted and I had to sawzall it off. Impact wrench didn't even break the heads off the bolt, just wouldn't even budge...Why are you taking the y-pipe off anyway? Is it rusted through?
