Need exhaust/header information please.

I currently run exhaust manifolds with no cats and Dynomax cat back.

I will be purchasing Pacesetter long tubes and a ory-pipe. What am I better of with, Jet Hot coating or ceramic coating?? Do they both accomplish the cooler engine compartment?? What are your preferences?

Also, what sort of tuning will I need to do after install to achieve maximum performance?

you should change the a/f ratio at the very least .
