Need Cats!
Ok so I just bought my 2002 Ws6 and I have just realized that my exhaust is basically flow through so to speak. I mean I have headers which go to a y pipe and then a borla car back exahust except there is no cat. So what Cat can you guys recommend to put on this beast? Granted i need to pass NJ inspection

Your gonna have to pick up a catted y pipe, but befor you do that you may want to check local emissions laws, i know some states will fail you if you "alter" the location of the stock cats.

I do have a place that will modify my y pipe to accept cats, would you go this route? If so which cats would you buy?

I would pick up some high flow cats, shop around and see where you can find the best price
thunderraicng has them listed for around 160.00, and you will need two of them.

You may be better off and it may be cheaper to have some cats fabbed into your existing y Pipe.
