There's nothing to knock a Borla kit about. It's a good exhaust system, plain and simple. Exhaust is simply a persons preference. Your alternative is rather interesting, but that's like saying instead of buying a new vette, i'll just by an old 5.0 and make it just as fast. It's not the same.

lets face it, the borla is an expensive cut out when you think about it.

WTF does that have to do with anything? I prefer the Borla if money is no object but if money is tight I prefer the Magnaflow. Its as simple as that. I dont need a 1,000 HP engine in my car to have an opinion do I ???
    hahahahahaha

Dude, your taking this Borla thing way to serious. A person is entitled to their own opinion.

i dont think so. i would just like to know why he says it rules, thats all.
its been proven here that all catbacks make about the same power, so i wonder why one catback would rule. just because it costs alot doesnt make it better.

No dude-this guy ,since he is a LS1.cpm "vet" and all ,does this in every thread he posts in. He has issues as far as proving his OPINION is fact I guess.

    Agreed.

Personally I would go with the Borla system if you've narrowed it down to just those 2. I'd also look at Corsa tho if you willing to spend that kind of money.

Its our personal opinions tho jerkoff. Your standing telling us the way it is like we aren't entitled to what we think at all. Sorry but I don't appreciate dictators in a democratic society.

first off, your not stating an opinion, you are saying one is better than the other. i asked why, no answer. you just say it looks and sounds better.
that doesnt make one thing better than the other

Wow, just goes to show you have no life when I wasn't refering to the forum.

Back to the topic, go with your personal tastes but IMO, I would go Borla because you have the option of how loud or quiet u want it to be.

honestly, i wouldn't buy one new. you can find plenty of people selling their current set up for cheaper. i.e. a slp lm1 or lm2 for $200-250. hell i've even seen old beat up borlas go for $400.
