Lt ORY and LM...Cops arent happy!

Just recently got my pacesetter headers and ORY intalled on my 98 Trans Am. I actually like how it sounds. Really loud at any RPM. Haha. But I have already had two of the town cops give me warnings on getting it fixed. So with that. What steps should I take to quiet this beast down. High Flo Cats, different muffler? I know the LM baffle doesnt do much so would that be the first thing to go? I dont have emission test here in Alabama, thank God!

Either install the LMII, or replace the catback with the Hooker, Magnaflow, or if your pockets allow, the Borla.

I was running open headers and a cop told me to 'get if fixed' too. Its funny, cause nothing is broken. You can't fix something if it isn't broken.
Get a dynomax bullet muffler or a borla bullet muffler and make yourself a dynomouth or borlamouth system.

Trade me your lm catback for my magnaflow cb. lol If not than you can put a different muffler inplace of the lm resonator.
A race muffler should just replace it.

You may have to do some modifying to the pipes if you try to replace the SLP resonator/bullet muffler with a different one though. I think the standard bullets are longer than the SLP one.

get a magna flow , mine is somewhat quit(enough at cruisin speed) and loud at wot, and then get the cutouts for when you wanna let loose

I dont really care what they think. I know the town cops by name and they are pretty cool. I think I will just swap mufflers out. A question though..Would the LMII quiet it down or should I go with something else? I have been driving around for 700 miles on the new motor and havent got pulled over yet!
