    ls6 intake?

    hey, i bought my first ls1 car in december, a 2000 slp ss m6, and it already had some mods on it but im not sure how to tell if it has an ls6 intake. is there any easy way to tell the difference between it and a stock ls1 intake? thanks for the help.

    What he's saying is that if it HAS an EGR fitting on it it isn't an LS6 intake and vice versa. All 2001-02 LS1 F-bodies came with an LS6 intake (sans EGR)

    ok the casting number is 12573572 and there is a pcv hose on the passenger side behind the throttle body and a small plugged fitting on the driver side

    Yes, 12573572 is an LS6 intake.
