Red- 2000 Pontiac Firehawk
LS6 Intake
So what kind of hp gain will I see if I upgrade my 00 firehawk intake from ls1 to ls6? And where do you guys suggest going to get a ls6?

just the intake swap won't give you much more power, but the more you mod the bigger the gains will be from the swap.
check the F/S section here and other sites, also local salvage yards

Typically, switching an LS1 to an LS6 intake, you will see gains of 10-15RWHP. I gained 12 with mine on a stock motor. The power curve stays the same with both intakes until about 4000 RPMs, then you see the gains from the LS6 intake. Like mentioned, you will benefit later down the line with more mods as well.

^what he said. It's a popular intake to have with a cam swap and i've seen FI cars use em too.
