    98 T/A w/a little mods...

Shit can the egr and air pump (or pull the fuse till you do). They sell egr block off plates for the exhaust or if you got the resources/skills make some. They sell for $15 I believe on WS6store.

You'll get a code for the egr but you can get it tuned out by Frost if you choose to.

Yes stock TB will work as well as fuel injectors and rail.

This link is what everyone uses to install the intake.

Yeah I can understand that. At $400 you just aren't saving much, may as well just get a new one. Used to be $300 was pretty regular. $400 is getting to the point of making a different decision. I'd hate to think what people might ask for them when they aren't available new anymore. I think the fact that they are still available new is the only thing that's keeping the prices where they are right now.

Either way, you'll be glad you went this route for what you're looking to do.

well the dealer called me today and said turns out they are no longer available and none are available. I been watching ebay and they been going 600-700 ppl are out of there mines for spending that kind of money on a used part. I got in contact with a corvette speed shop about an hour away and he is going to let me know if he can help me if not i may go fast 92 unfortunately

I would keep my eye over on Tech I see the sell $350-$400 all the time just have to look every day and be ready to pay. I got my intake for $350 s/h included just last month. I've seen 3 sell before me and at least 3-4 after.
I was surprised when you said you got a new one from dealer as I've checked before and thought they were no longer available. Still cold and snowing you have some time

So what I predicted is already happening, that's funny. yeah $6-$700 is crazy, at that kind of money I'd just coin up $1500+ and go Fast then.

For that price I'll sell you mine for 700 shipped so I can just add a few more dollars to get a FAST102.

    Glad you found one.

Some things to consider doing while you do the swap.
HAVE a OPSU on hand. They are brittle and will break if you stare long enough at them or it seems that way.
Consider updating your KS sensors. They are pretty old and it would suck 3 months from now to need to replace and have to remove it all.

You have 2 options in dealing with the coolant bypass.

    1) keep the LS1 coolant bypass and carefully knock off the fins (if not already done so) on the underside of the intake.

    2) Get the LS6 (might be called LS3 now) bypass kit cost around $50-$65. IIRC WS6store or Hawks3rdGen has em'
