ls2 91mm intake

the ? can/ will a ls2 intake manifold fit on to a ls1 .. the car is a 00 "the ger is truned off and just needs a block off plate.. im looking to get some suporting mods later like headers and such.. i want the 91mm tb with a stock look a know that the ls2 is drive by wire "wich is gay imo" i also know that the drive by wire tb is useless for me so i would have to buy a after market t/b.

i do not wish to buy a fast 90 mm intake.. due to the fast that i dont have the spare money at this time to do so.. but u can pick up a ls2 intake on ebay dirt cheep they are cheper then a ls6 intake but out preform the ls6 only b/c of that 91 mm intake.. can some one help me???

yeah the intake should fit but doesn't flow for shit on an LS1. there are a few posts about it either here or on tech.

The LS2 intake does not flow better than an LS6 intake.
It flows similar to an LS1 except at very high rpm where the 90mm TB shows the most difference.
The LS6 is still the best factory Cathedral Port Intake.
