LS1 motorsports lid
is this the one that says SLP in white on it? if not, anyeone know how this one performs? i've heard for the most part all lids perform similarily?

The one that says SLP on it is from SLP. All of the info I gathered before buying a lid indicated that they were all the same. I bought the SLP because it incorporated the the air fittings eliminating the need to buy an additional filter for the air system.

is it the one with red writting on it then? i think that is the only other style i've seen before...

LS1 Motorsports lids will have some kind of cursive writing on them, if any at all. Mine has none. It was a pain in the hind parts to make fit, so you may be better off looking for the one that fits the best... they all perform the same, about 10-hp(flame on) extra I think?

Bought my SLP lid in '01, no writing of any kind on it, fits well.
I don't know if the latest ones are still not labeled, but you could always have whatever custom label you want made for it.Hammer - hammertime.us
