The ls2 intake has a 90mm throttle body, the ls1 and ls6 throttle bodies are the same size.

LS6 Intake is better flowing than the LS1 Intake...the rails, injectors and throttle bodies are the same...might want to port the TB though, just for smoother air flow.

correct, LS6 intake manifold is pretty much the best flowing manifold we can get for our blocks. You may get a tad bit better flow with other aftermarket manifolds, but not enough for what you are paying for. Check to see if you have an LS6 block, you have about 500 more rpm at redline than the LS1 block. Revised and smoother flowing channels allow the LS6 to free up some more RPMs at redline than the LS1, if i do remember correctly......

sorry if I'm wrong guys, It is 3 am and i've been drinking lol.......correct me if i'm wrong, PLEASE

Fast 92mm will out perform the ls6 but is it worth the extra cash on a bolt on motor? Probably not. With a heads/cam setup it would be a different story. Depends on what your looking for and your budget.
