LoudMouth Exhaust Tips ruined!

I was driving home from work a couple days ago, I heard a wierd creaking noise, figured I had a dry bushing in the rear. I was doing 100mph plus at times...never dipped below 70mph, speed limit was 55...

Anyways, it popped off that rubber thing that the rod just sits loosely in, anyone else had this happen before? Planning on mushrooming the other end of it or welding something on it. I got no other ideas on what to do. The tips on that side are totaled though.

WIERD, I have had mine on for 70 k miles, never an issue.

That sucks man, happened to me with my magnaflow, but you cant really notice it unless you get under the car. I dunno, maybe get new tips..?

Take a pic and post it. It sounds like something is not installed correct.

I had the same exact problem like 3 times then I just put a little clamp @ the end of the hanger and it stoped. Got the clamp at lows for 50cents. It happened to me when I was racing some mustang, after I smoked them the were laughing @ me and I was like wtf I just killed you lol then they told me my exhaust was falling off

Had to pull over and put that HOT pipe back into the hanger.
