Side to side cars with the different tips may have a slightly different tone but nothing major. Don't worry the loudmouth is still plenty loud with the dual tips.

SLP Loudmouth II's
I have the above exhaust system on my 2004 GTO with the stainless
dual tips and it sounds pretty cool. It does have a lot of drone at around
60 but I play my stereo loud. I may change the billett mufflers for the
40 series flowmasters though.

I don't understand how people think tips make a difference in sound. Especially the smaller length tips, like the SLP tips. They're what, 4 inches long at the end of the exhaust? As long as they aren't packed with some type of sound-dampening material, is doesn't make a difference.

You may confused with the SLP dual/dual stock muffler system which is quiet but it is not a loudmouth system.

Slp
I have dual exhaust on my 04 GTO - I just checked the invoice that came
with the car. And yes regardless what you think I do have an SLP Loudmouth
II exhaust system on it. I know I ordered it.
It has 3 1/2 " Stainless Tips on it (seperate) and it sounds pretty cool!

I have heard of the dual tips being louder inside the car because of the resonating effect of the split in them.
