    2002 firebird formula

    looking to go true duals but i have a question

    ive seen the TSP TD setup with the mufflers, but would gain as much HP if you just went straight pipes all the way back?

    I believe I read somewhere that the TSP setup would be better than strait pipes due to the x-pipe, geting better scavenging effects or something of that nature.

    and with straight pipes the sound will def be increased over using an x pipe and mufflers??

    anybody else have any opinions or advice? also, would cutouts do any good? or will it be plenty loud?

    Is it a daily driver or a weekend warrior? If it's a DD then I would go with mufflers, if not then how loud it is isn't going to matter.

    its my dd, loudness isnt really an issue for me, the louder the better for me

    That is generally how I feel too, seeing as everything is loud in a convertible anyway!
