    Lingenfelter intake

Friend of mine has a lingenfelter intake for sale for 350 bucks. I haven't heard much about this intake. What's you opinion on it. Would this be a good buy or would an ls6 be better for a car with just bolt ons and gears.

The biggest problem with aluminum intakes vs the plastic ones is
    a) slightly heavier
    b) heat soak

Blue28 a member on here has an aluminum intake you might pm him. I guess it only gets hot after the car stops running(what I remember). Benefits are you can port the hell out of it.
