i'm at 400+ at the crank with the cam and the mods in my sig. I have an m6 so i figure about 15% drivetrain loss. 350rwhp x .15 = 52.5. 350 + 52.5 = 402.5 crank hp. trying to find the time to install the Lt's and intake.

My 00 SS A4 made 324 at the rear wheels before longtubes and Y pipe. At the time I had free mods, exhaust cutout, NGK plugs/wires, ram air, cat back, 3000stall, MAF translator leaning out WOT by 2%. With the longtubes and high flow cats I'm thinking I have about 340+- to the rear wheels.

Yes. Long Tubes (LT's) are referring to the type/style of headers being talked about. There are 3 types of headers: Shorties (Edlebrock, Pacesetter, JBL), Mid-tubes (MAC), and Long Tubes (Kooks, Pacesetter, SLP, Hooker, Flowtech, etc) I know I didn't name all brands/makers, I'm just giving examples so that he can look up visually what I'm talking about anywhere on the internet...

Ok.... I have a 01M6SS with a flowmaster, slp lid, descreened MAF sensor, free ram air mod how much is my car putting down both crank and wheels? I will soon throw Long tubes and re-do my exhaust to 3" pipes. How much will I put down then? What else would I need for 400 at the wheels? Thank you masters.....feed me with your knowledge !!

maybe 320 now. with headers and exhaust around 345.
to get to 400 rear wheel power, you will have to cam the car, plain and simple. youll need atleast a 228/228 cam with a good tune, youll be close to 400.

The only numbers that REALLY matter are at the 1/4 track.

But, you'll definately need a cam or forced induction to make 400 RWHP. An LS1 cannot make 400 RWHP with just bolt-ons.

01's or 02's can make 400 rwhp with a small shot.
