    1999 firebird ram air

    jet hot long tube headers install

    i am about to install a set of jet hot long tube headers in my 99 ta and was wondering if there is a good guide i thought http://www.theheadfl.com/jethotlt.htm
    looked good but i would not know to well and i know there are most likely a guide on the sight but im not shure as to where it may be or that. im looking for one with a guide as to what tools i need as well as the sizes and such to make the process go semi quickly

    that guide if for an lt1 car, which has different exhaust ports

    like this: 0 00 0
    instead of an ls1 whose ports are like this: 0 0 0 0

    i'm sure it would be fine as a general guide though

    I just did a set of JetHot's 2 weeks ago. The headers went in fine no problems. I did have to jack the motor up to get the drivers side in. I didn't loosen any of the mounts just put some pressure on it. The Y pipe on the other hand good luck. I wemt with a texas speed and knowing now I WOULD NOT BUY THAT POS!!
