I run the AC Delco Iridiums in my Heads / Cam car and love them. I ordered mine off ebay..16 for $80 shipped (I put a set in my truck too).

Irridium ftw....sure they're more expensive, but IMO they last longer. I pulled the set from my truck that were in for 120k miles (according to the previous owner) and they were still lookin good.

My local Autozone carries them. Ask for NGK PN 7164 (i dont think they had them listed under tr55ix)

I've been running AC Delco Iridiums in my LS1 for 3 years and they've been great.

Iridium plugs have a much longer lifespan than conventional plugs and resist gap erosion, which is beneficial considering that its PITA to change the plugs in our cars.

Depends on how often you wanna change them. Copper is the better conductor of electricity of the two but like others said their life span is shorter.
