black- 2000 nhra edition formula
the ls6 intake on youre car is more than enough even for mild cam cars.
for 1000, stall it if its an automatic trans or get pacesetter headers, off road pipe and a hooker exhaust, that will bump up about 40 rwhp.2000 nhra edition formula
a few bolt ons, 379 rwhp

If your looking for the low budget mod...... Put the truck intake on. Either HotRod or CarCraft did a test a while back on the dyno SLP and the truck intake the results were interesting to say the least.
Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

Ditch the BBK intake. heavy and metal. Its good for "show"(it does look nice) and direct nitrious. The BBK TB it alright from what i gather but i haven't seen actual numbers.

Light Pewter Metallic- 2000 Camaro SS M6
The BBK intake is a major heat soak. I would never use it.

To give you some idea, I just bought an ls6 intake with 6k miles on it for $300 shipped to my door. New they are about $500. I got it for the going rate on a lightly used one. Ls6 intake will take you a long ways. BTW, I'll be going with a Shaner ported and polished TB.

I think the best advise was the first post, install an LS6 intake, they flow great and first came on the Corvette. With the savings, you can get some other go-fast parts.
