    thats a good increase in mph, it must flow really well, i have never really heard any input on proffesonal product intakes...

    thank you, took about a year and a half to get my car to its current state. i took my time did my research and then waited until i saw some good deals that came my way. car currently has 44k on her (bought with 21k almost 3 yrs ago)...

    they are a very important piece of valvetrain...cam then pushrod then springs ect...they control the valves.

    its a nice weather car, but i take it out when i need the speed fix. usually a few days a week, as its not a summer car. it was my daily until i got my Exploder in Aug. 2006...

    As far as i know no not really... 1.8 ratio rockers will but depending on the cam and the ramp rate usually 1.8 ratio rockers are not advised... Typically dual springs, hardened push rods, titanium retainers, valve stem seals are had to prevent valve float and to prevent you throwing something out of your valves cuz the cam opens and slams shut thoes valves so quick you want the best valveterrain to make sure it's controlled especially if your over .600 lift then you for sure need the best valveterrain...

    Alot of factors play in the cam... Lobe separation angle, duration, lift etc... This will all determine what the cam does.... but as far as i know, aside from some aftermarket rockers the valveterrain doesn't increase the power of the cam but will increase the efficiency tho...

    lol coming along good.... Going to order the LQ9 block soon and get the 408 package with it then it's on to the AFR 225 and a bunch of suspension parts to handle the TQ

    Close to 500 im hoping... im sitting at 461/440 mods in sig plus too much more to list.... Well see what it comes out to be i wont be disappointed if i dont hit 500 i just want a nice spike in TQ!!!

    not generally... I have full neddle bearing roller rocker, instead of stamped rocker that you come with stock, lighter and less friction= more horses... and double valve springs are so your valves aren't floating at higher rpm's...
