RED- 1998 Camaro
Intake Inquiry??
I am getting started on a build its going to be a 6.0 conversion on a V6 98 camaro, Will the stock intake work for now or should I run a LS6 intake. I am not sure but I thought I read that the heads on the 6.0 will match the LS6 intake manifold. Any info will help.

Is the 6.0 out of a truck? If it is you are definitely better off with the LS6 intake. Better flow and better top end performance. Clearance could very well be an issue as well with the taller truck intake.

Is your 6.0 out of a truck? If so, the top end performace and overall flow with the LS6 is far better than the truck intake. You may also have hood clearance issues with the taller truck intake. Yes to the LS6.

And yes LS6 intake will work with any "cathedral port" head setup.
