A few of the bolts are pretty tough to get too. If you don't have a lift have some big blocks of wood to put on your jack cause you have ot get the passenger side off the ground a pretty good ways to be able to tilt the header back and push it in.

3 guys on a loaded lift took about hour and 15 min, not screwin around too much and buddys 5'x4'x2 tool snap-on tool chest and tools from college. not bad at all, we took off the AIR and EGR, and sliped them both in from the bottom.

Not if you have a lift... if you take them out from the bottom it is really not to bad..

We think alike, same year and color of car as well

Expect about 6-8 hours with jackstands and jacks. Pull the starter to help get the passenger side in. Will help out a lot if you have a buddy over to help when you are ready to bolt the new headers up to the heads.

Pulling the coil packs and having a 10mm gear wrench will help you out a lot as well.

be careful not to beat the crap out of your plugs putting them in, you could crack the ceramic if you bang them around to much. Change those plugs while you have the manifolds out too, much easier then. On my car the drivers side is the tricky one. Just have to pull the oil filter to give you a little wiggle room and keep working it until it slides up in there. The dipstick tube also kicked my ass once. I've done a few header swaps and that dipstick tube is hit or miss. It either slides right back into place or I have to fight it to get it in it seems. A helper really makes the whole job go nice so buy as much beer and pizza as you need to in order to get someone over to help you.........don't ask your gf or wife to help. More trouble than it's worth.
