I GOT MY BBK HEADERS! but....

Ok so I got my BBK headers today and I'm very happy with them, but I take a look inside the headers and I see something that looks like surface rust in both of them....

Is this suppose to be there? Will the headers rust through?

Ceramic coated will rust at some point. I wouldn't accept a header brand new from a manufacturer with rust though.

I can certainly understand having a problem with buying brand new (looks like coated) headers and having rust on them. Send the pics to whoever you bought the headers from and see what they will do for you. At the end of the day though that's such a light surface rust I don't think I'd lose too much sleep over it but like I say, I can certainly understand not being happy with those.

Yeah, I mean if they aren't going to rust through then I'm fine with still using them, but I'm still kind of made that they came that way.
