Depending on what you want out of it,,,I would suggest the LS6 and a ported stock throttle body,,,,or in an all out HP attempt go with the Fast/90 and just pass right over the Fast/78.

Like I said,,,there are tons of 4th gen LS1's running 11's or so with LS6 intakes, and are a complete blast on the street,,,,just depends on how fast you want to go.
That tells me what I need to know. Thanks for the help, u just saved me about 300.00

Buy a "The Money Maker" intake from Nitrous outlet. Don't waste your paper on a 78mm, I question why they even sell it.

Ya I kinda wondered why they bothered to make a Fast/78 setup too,,,,I mean people are adapting 80mm throttle bodies to the LS6 intakes all the time for cheap. Why bother messing with the Fast/78, when the motor is ready for it just jump to the 90 setup.

one other good thing about going with fast is that you can port the intake to match the ports on the cylinder heads for more flow and less tubrulance. If you are doing H/C and going for Big HP then I would say go with the Fast..

Here is a great article on those intakes with dyno #'s, each intake has its strong points. But for the money I would lean more towards the ls6 if you can get a good deal
