Do you happen to have any pics of ur car from behind? I'm curious to see what a TA looks like without the tips coming out of the bumper.

I see that this is your line of business. Did you do it yourself? If so, how much would you charge a fellow LS1 owner for the same?

I do but it is curantly designed for a dual cat LT1 car. I am having trouble with my digital camera(P.O.S.) In 2 weeks I am putting it on my 98 because from the transmission forward it is different but easier to design.
From the transmission back it is the exact same.
It also all depends on what you want. Some guys want the system to be 3" off of the collecter into a 3" X-pipe and then 2.5" out the back. You could also include high flow cats which would cost a little more.
My dual system on my car will be 3" off long tubes into 3" cats then into a 2.5" X-pipe staight out the back. Testing we have done shows that the 3" x flows a small amount better compared to a 2.5" x both into 2.5" talls. The small gain is not worth it considering you will loose ground clearance.

How bout dyno results? Are there any proven gains with your setup? I know some of the true dual systems tend to gain under the curve, curious to see what results you have had. Thanks

3 more horsepower using the 3" X. I don't have the sheets myself ( my boss has them) but to me it isn't worth ground clearance plus its less complicated to build. And the amount of 3" pipe that you use significantly increases the weight of the system and a true dual on an F-Body already weights alot.

I asked this in the sticky about TD a couple days ago.
How would side exit before the rear wheels look/perform if done with TD? That why they would no ground clearence issuses tring to go under the axle, atleast I don't think anyway.

I am trying to find the post on Z28.com but I am insuccesful. There was a guy who went from a Loudmouth to true dual over the axle w/X and gained 3tenths of a second in the quarter. I didn't do a dyno test of a catback compared to true duals, but using an X-pipe( which you can only use with duals) will make sometimes at the least 10 more horsepower.

You will loose ground clearance with side exit. I think it is rediculous to go under the axle.

Well yeah, I guess you still would lose clearance. O-well, I'm use to having little ground clearance between my old SC300 and my RX-7.

How about performence gains, it would be the same as dumped, huh?
