Hook up on the back of manifold.

    Hi all,
Okay, I have a big problem, I bought a used LS6 intake a couple months ago, when I bought it I just looked at the #'s to make sure is was the correct intake and stuck it back in the box. While being stupid on my part I didnt really look at anything else until now when I went to grind the fins off and to my dismay the hook up on the back is busted off and all the pieces are inside so it probably happened in shipping.
My question is, whats it for? I am deleting the AIR system and by the size of the fitting that's what i am guessing it is, so can I delete the hook up all together and patch the hole?
    thanks!

This is very important. Its where the vacuum assisted brakes hook up, the MAP sensor goes, and the HVAC vacuum line hooks up. You might be able to swap that piece over from the old LS1 intake but I've never heard of someone being able to remove it without breaking the retaining tabs off.
This is gonna sound crazy, but maybe you could sawall the LS1 intake in half so you can access the retainers on that plug and get it out without breaking it.

think I would be able to JB Weld it back into place? I will take a picture later but it broke the manifold around the hook up.

Earlier I broke the hose that go from the pcv valve to da intake. N I bought some glue calld "gorilla glue" n dat shit really works. U should buy that. It's almost the same material so it should work. It was $6. Bought it autozone
