You could also get a piece of 3" steel exhaust pipe from an auto parts. Cut/Polish/paint it real nice and clearcoat it... Then a couple rubber unions from hd and have a nice custom look..

That would be correct. Soak it in a bucket of hot water before you try to put it on. It will loosen the rubber and allow for a little stretch. It might need some trimming too. A utility knife works if your careful.

from my measurements, the MAF sensor is 3" and the stock throttle body is 4". I really want a smooth bellow....is this why you said you should soak a 3"-3" coupler in hot water. Also, the stock bellow is about 5" long at the longest point...is a fernco going to be long enough to reach the throttle body and the MAF sensor? And also, if you're using a straight fernco, wont it come off when the motor flexes? because there wont be any flex in the straight bellow?

A 3 x 3 fit on my car. you can modify it with a razor blade to help it fit a little better. It fits well on the MAF and will require some force to get it on the TB at first. After a while the heat of the engine will help to mold it into shape. If your worried about it popping off just check it when you check your oil.
I'll post some pics as soon as I find them.
