    Hmm...FRA mod on c5s?

As stated in another thread, I cut a ton of extra plastic out from under the lid on my 99 z28...never thought about trying it on the c5...is that something I can do? Havent really checked out the area all that much...Thanks again,

The 'FRA' on a C5 is doing the 'ziptie' mod.

After trying that on my 98 C5 Ernie and I found it did not really work. The Vortex unit for the C5 was better, but as you already have the Blackwing just put in the open foglamp panels. I had them and only a K&N conical air filter on my C5 and it ran fine (no surging) and quick 12.3's I gave up on the C5 after going 11.30 @ 120 and recently got a 98 T/A (unlimited license for tuning of 98's) and will be playing with that one.
