HELP:funny noise from exhaust before warm up
Hi all,
I got a 00 vert M6, all stock. I'm getting a loud noise (almost as if there's a hole in a muffler) from the exhaust whenever I clutch between gears, but it goes away once the car reaches normal operating temp.
Anyone have any ideas what this may be, or experience it as well???
I was thinking cats... but i'm not sure.
Thanks for all your help

are any exhaust parts bolted on instead of welded? Maybe when they are colder there is a hole and then when they warm up they expand to fill the hole.

There is probably some part of the exhaust loose. Your gonna have to get under it and find it.
