Help with exhaust clamps
I search for types and part numbers for v-clamps or band clamps.
Can you guys tell me what are the better clamps for leak free headers and y pipe?
Thanks

98Z is correct. Get the flat style band clamps,,,they grip and seal tighter.
The one you have pictured is much the same except as you can see,,,,it has a step built in it. Those work but are not as effective.
The flat style is what you want,,,use them on all my cars to keep from crushing the pipes,,,and makes future removal a breeze.
You can pick them up at just about any decent local autoparts stores for about $8-$10 a piece.
