    Headers and O2 sensor help....

I recently purchased pacesetter long tubes, and i am getting ready to put them in myself in a couple of days. I also got the y pipe to match, and i am doing away with the cats. I needed to know how many 02 snesors there were and what to do about them... thanks

You have 4 02 sensors, 2 befor the cats and 2 aft cat.
The two befor the cats you need to keep in place. You will need to pick up some harness extensions. Check out our sponsers for them.
As far as the rear two since you are elminating your cats you wont need them anymore. Although you will throw a ses light until you either pick up some sims or have the computer tunned and the codes deleted out.
It wont effect the driveability of the car but you will have the annoying light on. All the rear two sensors do is monitor the status of the cats.

sunsetoranges is right, but the pacesetter headers come with wire to extend your harness if you can solder its easy, but just cut and extend one wire at atime so you dont accidently mix them up

I didnt like the extensions that came in the box, but if you can make them work by all means make it happen..

Our extensions are among the highest quality made. The picture is not up to date, as the TPAs are not shown in it. Instead of the cheap heat-wrap, we use a heavy yet flexible woven fiber glass outer and mil-spec Teflon Silver wire underneath. All of the terminals, seals, and connectors are genuine Delphi. http://www.lsxtune.com/shop/product_...roducts_id/557
