    headers with magnaflow exhaust system??

I am installing the quad tip magnaflow exhaust system in my 99 SS. What is the best headers for the buck I could install with this system? I heard BBK is a good one.

best bang for the buck are pacesetters.
not only are the cheap price wise, the welds and worksmanship are top notch.

Change your spark plugs when installing the headers and I would remove the heat shields where the y-pipe could hit.

I like the HOOKER LTs and ORY that I have. easy to install and excellent fitment..

just make sure you get ceramic coated, not painted!!!

How much should i spend on the install? I hear it is pretty expensive because in order to install the LT they have to drop the transmission.

You don't need to take the transmission out.

Expect to spend $250-$450 getting them installed.

if your a decent mechanic with tool and garage access you and friend can bump it out fairly easy...

the trans does not get removed..

after lt's with an ory pipe, would a tune be required? If so, what kind of tune? (dyno or one of those hand held things)
